In 2004-2005 I was involved in creation of a Working Group that would deal with software standards for small organizations.
Thailand was quite interested in this topic and invited a bunch of people for a meeting in Bangkok. We took that opportunity to make a bit of a trip out of it and arranged to go to Kathmandu, where our friends Ania and Zbig were helping to "fix the world."
Side trip to Siem Reap was arranged in a big hurry by the concierge in the hotel - we did not regret it!
